3) Screening Potential Buyers & Organizing Viewings

4) Offers & Negotiations

Once we receive multiple offers, we handle negotiations on behalf of the owner to secure the best terms and select the final buyer. We also ensure that each prospective buyer receives personalized feedback, maintaining a professional and respectful experience for all parties involved.

5) Purchase Contract & Legal Processing 

A purchase contract will be drafted and signed by both parties in the presence of a notary. The notary then officially registers the transfer of property rights with the land registry, ensuring that the transaction is legally binding and fully compliant with all regulatory requirements.

6) Closing & Completion 

The buyer completes the remaining payment, and the seller settles any outstanding property taxes or levies, including capital gains tax if applicable. Once all conditions are fulfilled and payments are confirmed, the property ownership is officially transferred, finalizing the transaction.

7) Post-Sale Support
